My name is Sharon and I am a BACP Accredited Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor in private practice. I am based in Bookham, near Leatherhead, Epsom and Guildford and I work with adult individuals, and also young people, aged 14 and upwards. I offer both short-term and longer term open-ended counselling, to suit your needs.

I offer you support in working through your difficulties, with the aim to free you to experience life more fully and with greater self-acceptance. As an Integrative Therapist, I can work in a flexible way with you, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your needs. I draw upon Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Gestalt and Existential theoretical approaches, which allow me to work you in a flexible way, to meet your personal needs.
I can work with you in a long-term, open ended way, or within a short-term solution focused framework, dependent on your needs.
I am a registered therapist and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
