My name is Sharon and I am a BACP Accredited Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor in private practice. I am based in Bookham, near Leatherhead, Epsom and Guildford and I work with adult individuals and also young people. I offer both short-term and longer term open-ended counselling, to suit your needs.

I offer you support in working through your difficulties, with the aim to free you to experience life more fully and with greater self-acceptance. As an Integrative Therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Existential, Solution-focused and CBT informed theoretical approaches, allowing me to work flexibly, in supporting you.
I can work with you in a long-term, open ended way, or within a short-term solution focused framework, dependent on your needs.
I am a registered therapist and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
