About Online Counselling
For online counselling sessions I use a video conferencing platform called Zoom. You do not need to download software to use Zoom, you can join the session via the invitation link, through your browser.

Ensuring your Privacy During Sessions:
To protect your privacy, I recommend that clients do not use a shared or public computer, or device for online sessions. Be mindful of the space in which you choose to hold a telephone or online counselling session, avoiding public areas where you may be overheard by others.

Please note that Counselling is NOT an emergency support service; if you are in crisis, you should go to your GP or your nearest A&E department.
