About Online Counselling
For online counselling sessions I use a Video conferencing software called VSee , which is used by medical professionals and is HIPAA compliant. VSee protects privacy by securely encrypting all audio/video from the moment it leaves your computer all the way to its destination - the person receiving the contact.
In response to the emergency guidance in relation to COVID-19, I am presently only working remotely with my clients, by telephone or online, to be able to offer continuity of therapeutic support at this challenging time.

Ensuring your Privacy During Sessions:
To protect your privacy, I recommend that clients do not use a shared or public computer for online sessions. Be mindful of the space in which you choose to hold a telephone or online counselling session, avoiding public areas where you may be overheard by others.
Please note that Counselling is NOT an emergency support service; if you are in crisis, you should go to your GP or your nearest A&E department.
